The #1 excuse that I hear from folks that are trying to eat healthier is that finding healthy recipes takes too long.

Sadly, I have to agree.

Finding healthy recipes that are quick and easy to make without breaking the bank is difficult.  It seems like most recipes include a laundry list of ingredients (most of which I don’t have in my cupboards) and/or have a nutritional content that I would not categorize as “healthy”.  I am tired of spending hours on Pinterest searching for recipes to only later be disappointed that what I “pinned” does not fit my needs.

This is why I’m launching my FREE monthly healthy recipes collection.  I have done the dirty work for you, searching and identifying recipes that fit a pre-set standard, so you can have more time back to do the things that mean the most to you.
